Description

Extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold pressing from olives of the Apulian cultivars Cellina di Nardò, Ogliarola Pugliese and Coratina, collected in the Brindisi area.

It has a golden yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The scent is broad and delicate, with aromas reminiscent of almond and spices. It has an intense fruity flavor and slightly spicy in the finish.

Perfect to accompany recipes based on fish, raw or grilled vegetables.
