Oltrepò Pavese DOC Pinò Nero vinificato in bianco 2017 Giorgi

Giorgi is a name that resounds in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese, especially for its affinity with the Pinot Noir grape, of which it also offers us a sparkling and "white" version.

The grapes, 100% Pinot Noir, are harvested, transported to the cellar and pressed. The must is immediately separated from the skins, so that there is no maceration that transfers color and aromatic substances present in the skins. Vinification in steel only.

At sight it is very pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The scent is fruity in the flavors of apple and pear. On the palate the effervescence underlines the fresh and drinkable character, balanced with the softness of the body and integrated with fruity aromas.

Ideal as an accompaniment to pizza.
