Palmargentina Rosé 2017 Costaripa
Description
The Palmargentina di Costaripa was born in vineyards cultivated on the lake shore in Moniga del Garda.
It is produced with Groppello and Marzemino grapes, coming from ancient vineyards. After cutting the branch, the grapes are left in the vineyard for a few weeks to increase their ripeness and subsequent sugar residue. This is followed by a very simple vinification which simply refines the organoleptic characteristics of this splendid blend.
Costaripa Palmargentina has a coral pink color. The nose opens with intense fruity sensations of melon and apricot, strawberry and raspberry jam. In the mouth it shows an enveloping and delicate sweetness, with a well-present acidic vein and a persistent fruity component.
Perfect to accompany delicate pastries and berries.
