Description
Passerina Brut Jaja Fontezoppa comes from grapes of the native Passerina vine harvested by hand.
Fermentation with the Martinotti method allows to maintain the fresh and fruity aromas of the grapes, enhancing their taste.
The persistent bubbles in the glass anticipate delicate hints of yellow flowers and fruity notes of peach, pineapple and banana, and a taste that is balanced and soft in the mouth, with a delicate flavour and a pleasant finish.
A surprising bubble, ideal for aperitifs and seafood appetizers, and unmissable with the typical fried fish of the Adriatic!
