Description
Produced in Spain by the Pinord winery in the Penedès region, this white wine Mireia originates from an aromatic blend of Gewürztraminer, Moscato (Muscat de Frontignac), and Sauvignon Blanc cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, sourced from vineyards over 45 years old on limestone soils influenced by the Mediterranean breeze.
The grapes are harvested manually and vinified separately with gentle pressing and low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel. After fermentation, the varieties are blended, followed by a brief rest in the tank and finally in the bottle, preserving freshness and aromatic elegance.
Bright yellow in color with greenish reflections, it opens with an intense and complex bouquet dominated by flowers like violet and rose, accompanied by exotic fruit such as lychee. On the palate, it is silky, smooth, with a balanced body, pleasant sapidity, and a long harmonic finish.
Perfect with sushi, shellfish, white fish in sauce, or blue cheeses.
