Description
The Pinot Grigio delle Venezie of Tenute Salvaterra was born in the vineyards of the company located between the Morenici Hills and Lake Garda, cultivated according to principles of sustainability.
It is produced entirely from Pinot Grigio grapes, which stay on the plant for an extra week after ripening, so as to allow a phenomenon of natural drying. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 18-20 °, for about 15 days, followed by an elevation in steel aimed at preserving fruit and freshness characteristics.
This Pinot Grigio is characterized by a bright straw yellow color. The nose opens intense aromas, with more evolved than fresh notes, due to the prolonged maturation of a week. On the palate it is of great minerality and good structure, which make it a refined and elegant wine.
For its fresh and pleasant character, it is well associated with aperitif, appetizers and first courses. Excellent also with white meats and not too elaborate fish dishes.
