Description

Produced in France by the maison J.P. Chenet, this alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes and offers an elegant and refreshing alternative for those who wish to toast without alcohol. Its fresh and modern style makes it perfect for accompanying festive and relaxed moments.

After traditional vinification, the wine undergoes a gentle dealcoholization using Spinning Cones Column technology. This process, lasting about 30 hours, proceeds without the use of chemicals or heat, allowing us to maintain the wine's structure and aromatic authenticity without added flavors.

It presents itself with a bright pink color that reveals fine and delicate bubbles. The aroma is characterized by a pleasant bouquet of small red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, and harmonious, with a fruity and pleasant finish.

Excellent as an aperitif or paired with light desserts.
