Description

Produced in France by the maison J.P. Chenet, this alcohol-free sparkling rosé wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes and offers an elegant, refreshing alternative for those who wish to raise a toast without alcohol. Its fresh, modern style makes it perfect for festive, laid-back moments.

After traditional vinification, the wine undergoes gentle dealcoholization using Spinning Cones Column technology. This process, which lasts about 30 hours, takes place without the use of heat and preserves the wine’s structure and aromatic authenticity intact, without resorting to added aromas.

In appearance it shows a bright pink hue with fine, delicate bubbles. The nose features a pleasant bouquet of red berries. On the palate it is fresh, well balanced and harmonious, with a pleasantly fruity finish.

Excellent as an aperitif or alongside light desserts.
