Description
Rhum Blanc Agricole by Rhum Rhum is produced on the island of the Lesser Antilles Marie-Galante, located south of Guadeloupe. It is obtained only from fresh sugar cane juice. Fermentation, which takes place at controlled temperature, is followed by distillation by revision in Père Labat stills, according to an artisanal method.
It appears transparent and crystalline. The nose carries aromas of peach, pear, cherry in spirit and passion fruit, followed by notes of leather, tobacco, hay and ginger. On the palate it is rich and generous, with fruity and almond notes, of star anise and cloves, which evolve on citrus fruits, white flowers and dried fruit.
Perfect as an ingredient for preparing cocktails.
