Pouilly-Fumé AOC 2015 Guy Saget Perrière

Guy Saget's Pouilly-Fumè comes from vineyards located on the right bank of the Loire, in the heart of the famous French AOC Puilly Fumeè. This white is the fruit of the best soils of the Saget family and proves to be a perfect representative of one of the areas most suited to the production of Sauvignon.

Produced with 100% Sauvignon grapes, harvested with meticulous care and manually, the must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature. Then the wine is left to rest on the lees for up to 5 months.

Guy Saget's Pouilly-Fumè has a pale but bright yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with hints of red fruits, blackberries and currants, atypical for a white, accompanied by citrus notes and white acacia flowers. In the mouth it is fresh and mineral with pleasant sensations of apple and grapefruit.

Perfect to accompany creamy asparagus, tuna carpaccio and grilled prawns, it is also an excellent companion for formal aperitifs, delicious fish and oysters. A true delicacy made in France!
