Description

Prosecco Rosé Oro Puro is Valdo's elegant and minimalist response to one of the trends of the moment, following the decision of the Prosecco Consortium to open the pink version of one of the most representative denominations of Italian sparkling wine. The label recalls the link to the region of origin and the excellence of local craftsmanship, inspired by Venetian lace.

It comes from the union of the native Glera with the international Pinot Nero grape, present for about 10% of the blend. It is made through a process of sparkling wine that lasts for at least 60 days.

It is presented in the glass with a refined pale pink color and a fine and persistent bubble. Fragrant nose that declines on the scents of apple and small red fruits. The liquid is appreciated for a delicate and harmonious sip that closes on a pleasantly long and fruity finish.

Perfect companion of the aperitif, it is enhanced in combination with white fish and Mediterranean salads.
