Description

This Prosecco Brut comes from Glera vineyards located at an altitude of 40 meters above sea level, in the province of Treviso.

After gentle pressing of the grapes, the free-run must is fermented in steel. The second fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks according to the Martinotti-Charmat method, which preserves the typical varietal aromas.

In the glass, it shows a pale straw yellow color and a fine, persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers aromas of Golden apple, Williams pear, and peach, interwoven with hints of wisteria and white flowers. The taste is soft and fresh, fine and harmonious.

Excellent served as an aperitif or alongside fish-based dishes.
