Description

NovantaCeppi Primitivo di Latentia is a red wine made predominantly from Primitivo grapes, with the possible addition of a small proportion of other red grape varieties. It shows a soft, intense and well-balanced style, with a slight residual sweetness.

Vinification is carried out to enhance the fruity and spicy character of Primitivo, while maintaining good concentration and a supple texture. Maturation helps integrate the aromatic and flavor components, bringing balance, roundness and pleasure.

In the glass it shows a bright garnet-red color of medium intensity. On the nose, aromas of red fruits, vanilla, chocolate and black pepper emerge, while on the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and enveloping.

It pairs with hearty pasta and risotto dishes, game, red meats and aged cheeses.
