Description

This red wine from Elettra is born from the meeting of Primitivo and Negroamaro, two grape varieties symbolic of Puglia, which together create an intense and harmonious expression of the territory. It is a powerful and structured wine, characterized by an extraordinary aromatic complexity that captivates from the first sip, expressing the warmth and richness of Southern Italy.

After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and gently pressed, followed by a pre-fermentation maceration that enhances color and aromas. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness of the fruit, while maturation in oak barrels imparts depth and a perfect balance between velvety tannins and fruity notes.

The wine presents an intense ruby red color. The bouquet is enveloping, with hints of blackberry and cherry enriched by delicate mint and spice notes. On the palate, it stands out for its balanced structure, with soft tannins and a long, harmonious taste that delivers an elegant finish.

It pairs perfectly with grilled red meat and aged cheeses.
