Description
Na.Ti.Vo. red wine is produced in Apulia from Sangiovese grapes. Na.Ti.Vo. stands for nature, typicality, and vocation.
The Sangiovese grapes are first crushed and destemmed, then fermented on the skins for 7-8 days in temperature-controlled tanks. The wine is aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats.
Ruby red in colour, it offers notes of flowers, red fruit, and blackberries on the nose. The palate is velvety and fairly persistent.
Excellent paired with both red and white meats, either roasted or grilled.
