Description
Puglia Negroamaro Sole del Sud of Albea is born in vineyards located in the Bari area of Alberobello, in the heart of the Murge.
It is made exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, mechanically harvested. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in steel, followed by a further stabilization period in the bottle.
The Southern Sun of Albea is characterized by a dark ruby red color. The nose opens with hints of small black fruits, enriched with notes of licorice and sweet spices. In the mouth it shows a good body, round and harmonious.
Perfect to accompany red meats and aged cheeses, it is ideal in combination with pizza.
