Description

Künstler's Riesling Kabinett Kirchenstück comes from the Rheingau region of Germany.

The must undergoes slow and controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by refinement of the wine on its lees in order to produce a wine rich in extract but at the same time faithful to the territory of origin.

The color of the Kirchenstuck Kabinett is straw yellow. The perfume marks on fruit such as white peach, lemon and pineapple. In the mouth it expresses a full and enveloping body, well enlivened by freshness and flavor.

It goes well with first courses based on vegetables, fish and pork dishes. Ideal in the company of a risotto with asparagus tips and parmesan.
