Description
This Albariño is a white wine from Familia Torres, which originates in the renowned denomination of origin Rías Baixas, in Galicia, and is produced exclusively from Albariño grapes. The name Pazo das Bruxas recalls the legends of Galician witches and ancient rural houses, immersed in forests and vineyards, where according to tradition rituals were celebrated that infused vital energy into the vines. A tribute to the deep bond between the local culture and the nature that surrounds these places.
The vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, after a brief maceration of 2 hours in contact with the skins. The alcoholic fermentation lasts 16 days and takes place between 14 and 17°C, in order to preserve the freshness and varietal characteristics of the Albariño. This process allows us to obtain a fragrant and clean wine, ready to be bottled.
On the nose, intense floral and citrus aromas emerge, with delicate notes of white peach and wild flowers. On the palate it is fresh, balanced and lively, with a well-integrated acidity that enhances its minerality and an agile structure, perfect for a refreshing and persistent sip.
Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with raw or cooked seafood, grilled white fish and fresh goat cheeses.
