Description
Casa Rojo's Alexander vs the Ham Factory is a Ribera del Duero Riserva.
It consists of 100% Tempranillo grapes, which are vinified in thermo-controlled steel tanks. The wine then ages in French oak barriques for 36 months and at least 2 years in the bottle.
The wine has an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections in the glass. The nose offers aromas of ripe black fruits and jams as well as notes of leather. The sip is intense and complex, with an excellent structure and a persistent finish.
It goes well with stewed and roasted game.
