This alcohol-free Riesling is the result of a collaboration with Axel Pauly, a producer from the Mosel region in Germany. The unique characteristics of the terroir, with its slate-rich soils, impart an elegant minerality and vibrant freshness to the wine, enhancing the authenticity of the grape variety.

The wine is produced from a traditional Riesling, which is subsequently de-alcoholized through a gentle process that preserves the aromas and structure. The addition of carbon dioxide helps maintain the freshness and flavor balance, offering a refined alternative for those who desire a non-alcoholic wine.

The bouquet is intense and fragrant, with notes of green apple, fresh lemon, and juicy stone fruits, accompanied by a subtle mineral spiciness typical of slate. On the palate, it is creamy and well-balanced, with a pleasant acidity that lends liveliness and persistence.
