Rioja Tempranillo DO Faustino VII 2021 Bodegas Faustino

A wine that comes from 100% autochthonous Tempranillo grapes in the Rioja DOC area. It ages for 15 months in American oak barrels, where it acquires aroma and concentrates its fragrances.

Illuminates the glass with its clean, clear and bright cherry red color, with warm reflections. The nose expresses intense aromas of fresh fruit, which evolve into woody notes due to aging in oak. It satisfies the palate with a soft and velvety structure and its elegant and distinct character, with notes that recall fruit and, on the finish, wood.

Its strong and structured organoleptic profile makes it the ideal wine to nobly accompany fatty fish such as tuna, fatty meats such as pork. Among the first courses, definitely to be combined with a good risotto with porcini mushrooms.
