Description
The Rioja Rosado Antoñita Puñuelos di Baica is born in vineyards located in the municipality of Calahorra, in the heart of the DOC Rioja.
It is produced exclusively with Garnacha grapes, harvested and selected entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place, with brief maceration in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for a short period in the same containers before reaching the market.
Rioica Rosado Antoñita Puñuelos from Baica has a soft pink color. The nose opens with a pleasantly fruity bouquet, with notes of figs and red currants. On the palate it is fresh and slightly spicy, easy to drink.
Perfect as an aperitif, it is ideal to accompany light appetizers. Try it with Spanish tapas.
