Description
The Viña Tondonia Tinto Reserva by López de Heredia is a Spanish red wine produced with Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, and Mazuelo grapes from its own vineyards. It represents a tradition of high-quality winemaking in Rioja, with an artisanal and nature-respecting approach.
This wine undergoes six years of aging in oak barrels, with two rackings per year, followed by a long period in unfiltered bottle to achieve its ideal maturity. The process ensures complexity and aromatic depth.
With a brilliant ruby color and slightly orange reflections, it offers toasted aromas, hints of vanilla, and a fresh note on the nose. On the palate, it is dry, smooth, balanced, and very persistent, with an elegant and well-developed profile.
Perfect for accompanying meat dishes such as roast lamb or pork, it also pairs splendidly with quail, foie gras, or crusted dishes.
