Description
This Roero Arneis is produced by Batasiolo, owned by the Dogliani family, who have been making wine in the Langhe for over four decades.
The wine is made from Arneis grapes, which are destemmed and gently pressed before being fermented in temperature-controlled steel tanks.
Pale straw yellow in colour, it reveals aromas of white flowers and ripe pear on the nose. On the palate it is fresh and vibrant, with a pleasantly mineral finish.
It pairs well with delicate first courses, fish, and asparagus-based dishes.
