Description

Malvirà is a winery located in the Piedmont area of Roero, not far from the noble area of Barolo. The borders of Roero are home to a particular wine: Arneis. Malvirà offers it to us in various forms, of which this label is the first approach.

The grapes, 100% Arneis, are harvested from the Renesio, Trinità, Saglietto, Bordoni and Prarino vineyards, defined by a clayey, calcareous and sandy soil. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, the wine ages inside them for a period ranging from 4 to 8 months.

It has a bright straw yellow color. The bouquet is outlined by fruity outlines of white peach and fresh citrus. In the mouth it shows a medium-structured body with excellent freshness and flavor.

To combine with pasta and fava beans.
