Description
Ronchi Varesini Primenebbie is a wine born on the beautiful hills of Lake Maggiore.
Single grape wine, it is produced exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, a great Italian grape variety which, according to an ancient popular belief, is best developed in the territories where the vineyards are shrouded in fog. This wine undergoes a long period of aging: 12 months in medium-sized oak barrels, followed by another 24 months in bottle.
Primenebbie is a garnet red wine. It presents the nose with pleasant hints of red fruit, small fruits and spices, which evolve with bottle aging. On the palate it has a savory and full taste, with an excellent balance between structure and elegance.
Particularly suitable in combination with red meats, roasts and game, it is perfect to accompany aged cheeses.
