Description
The Rosso di Montalcino L'America by Castiglion del Bosco is so called because the winemakers once called the remote place where it was born, close to the woods, this.
The 100% Sangiovese grapes are taken to the cellar where they are vinified in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The refinement always takes place in steel.
In the glass the wine has a ruby red color, with purple hues. On the nose there are hints of red fruits, in addition to aromas of undergrowth. The sip has good freshness and persistence.
Ideal in combination with grilled red meats.
