Description
Rosso di Montepulciano Fossolupaio di Bindella - Terre di Vallocaia comes from vineyards located in the hills of Montepulciano, in Tuscany.
It is mainly produced with Sangiovese and Syrah grapes, fermented in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 21-23 ° C and macerated on the skins for 8-10 days. The wine is then placed in steel for maturation and aged for 3 months in the bottle.
Fossolupaio has a ruby red color with violet reflections. The nose expresses notes of red fruits, in particular raspberries, red currants and cherries, enriched with citrus nuances and flavors of spices. In the mouth it is fresh, fruity and crisp, with a good structure.
Easy and versatile in the combination, it is ideal to accompany Tuscan appetizers, cold cuts and grilled red meats.
