Description

Grand Corbin is produced by Château Grand Corbin, founded in 1852 and owner of 28.5 hectares of vineyards.

The Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes undergo first a cold maceration in steel tanks for 5-8 days. They are then vinified and subsequently aged for 33% in new French oak barrels for 12-14 months.

Ruby red with violet hues, it reveals aromas of ripe blueberries and plum jam, spices, and lavender on the nose. The palate is concentrated, layered, and has excellent persistence.

Ideal paired with red meat, game, and aged cheeses.
