Description

This rosé comes from the estate Masseria Altemura, owned by the Zonin family, from vineyards located in the splendid Salento area of Agro di Torre Santa Susanna.

Produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, meticulously harvested by hand, this wine is left to macerate for about 6 hours, to facilitate the extraction of aromas, color and a small amount of tannins.

It has a pink color, with bright cherry tendencies. The nose opens with a delicate and very elegant fruity aroma, with notes of blackberry, raspberry and red fruit. In the mouth it releases an excellent acidic vein, with a pleasant slightly bitter aftertaste.

Excellent with tasty appetizers, it finds its perfection with white meats and fish.
