Description

Vespa Spumante Brut Rosè NoiTre was born in vineyards located in the heart of Salice Salentino. The name represents the adventure undertaken in the wine world by Vespa and his two sons.

It is produced exclusively with Negroamaro grapes, harvested in the last week of August. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages in the bottle for 36 months on the lees.

Vespa Brut Rosè NoiTre is characterized by a pinkish color and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with a fruity bouquet of red apple, strawberry and pomegranate, enriched with notes of bread crust. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with a mineral aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is ideal in combination with fish dishes.
