Description

The Salento Primitivo Campirossi di Miali was born in vineyards located in the northern part of Salento, near the sea.

It is produced entirely with Primitivo grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine ages for 6 months in bottle, before being marketed.

Campirossi di Miali has a deep red color with violet reflections. The nose opens with a decisive and characteristic bouquet, with hints of white pepper and leather, enriched with notes of ripe red fruit. On the palate it is full, full-bodied, harmonious and slightly tannic.

Perfect to accompany first courses and roasts, this red wine is ideal in combination with game dishes.
