Description

Tramari Toiletpaper by San Marzano is a rosé wine made from Primitivo grapes grown in Salento, Apulia, in an area characterized by its proximity to the sea, medium-textured soils with a stony component, and a climate conducive to balanced grape ripening. This special TramArt edition, created in collaboration with TOILETPAPER, the creative project founded by Maurizio Cattelan and Pierpaolo Ferrari, stands out for a contemporary and provocative image that merges art and wine in a visually striking experience.

The winemaking process involves a brief maceration of the grapes to achieve the characteristic pale color, followed by partial separation of the must and fermentation without skins. Maturation takes place exclusively in stainless steel, aiming to preserve aromatic freshness, fruit purity, and flavor balance.

It shows a pale pink color. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent bouquet, enriched with notes of Mediterranean scrub and hints of cherry and raspberry. The palate is fresh, elegant, and well balanced, with a pleasant harmony between aromatic fragrance and lively taste.

Ideal paired with Italian-style appetizers, fish soups and stews, baked or foil-cooked fish dishes, and young or slightly aged cheeses.
