Made from Chardonnay grapes, the Les Gravières Blanc is one of the most renowned Premier Crus of Santenay in the Côte de Beaune. This wine represents one of the finest expressions of Domaine Jean-Marc Vincent. The clay-limestone soils and high-density cultivation give the wine pronounced minerality and complexity.

Vinification involves fermentation in oak barrels and aging on the lees for 12 months, enhancing the purity of the fruit and the aromatic depth.

It presents a bright straw yellow color to the eye. The olfactory bouquet offers notes of citrus, white flowers, and light toasted nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and harmonious, with good structure and a persistent finish that reflects the balance between maturity and acidity.
