Description

The Savigny-lès-Beaune Blanc Les Goudelettes by Puy de l'Ours is a fine white wine produced in the renowned Burgundy region, in the Côte de Beaune. The vineyard is cultivated on clay-limestone soils with white marl; this Chardonnay conveys the true character of its terroir.

The grapes are harvested by hand. Great care is taken with sustainable farming practices and a minimalist approach to winemaking, focusing meticulously on preserving the natural qualities of the fruit and expressing the distinctive character of the soil. This careful work in the vineyard vividly translates into the quality of the wine.

On the nose, it opens with aromas of ripe yellow fruits and hints of white flowers such as acacia and linden, delightfully accompanied by mineral notes. On the palate, the wine is extremely expressive, pure, and profound, offering a rich and engaging tasting experience.
