Description

The Schwarzwald Dry Gin in a limited edition Distiller's Cut is one of the most appreciated gins by enthusiasts, obtained by adding to the 47 botanicals in maceration of the traditional version also an extra, special ingredient, which the team of distillers is looking for. The last gin released is made by adding the musk achillea - or vat, in Romansh language - collected in the Oberengadin valley and in particular on the peaks of Las Sours and Piz Muragl del Munt da la Bêscha, at more than 2500 meters in height. Before being marketed, this gin is left to mature in terracotta containers for 3 months and diluted with pure water from the Black Forest.

Clear and transparent in appearance, it has a captivating scent of resin that accompanies fine balsamic notes. On the palate it is dry and enchanting, elegant and complex, with unparalleled fullness.

Ideal to taste straight or as a valuable Gin Tonic.
