Description

The Sicilia Bianco Chardonnay Bidis from Valle dell'Acate was born in vineyards located in the Ragusa area of Acate, in the heart of Eastern Sicily.

It is produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in new barriques, where it continues to mature for 12 months, before refining for 4-6 months in the bottle before entering the market.

The Bidis di Valle dell'Acate has a golden yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with an intense and complex bouquet, with aromas of ripe yellow fruit, enriched with pleasant notes of vanilla, dried fruit and spices. In the mouth it is elegant and well-structured, with a strong personality and persistence.

Perfect to accompany first courses and fish dishes, it is ideal in combination with seafood and vegetable dishes.
