Description
This pure Zibibbo is produced by Cantine Birgi, a social winery founded in 1960 in Marsala in the province of Trapani and today has approx. 1000 members.
Once in the cellar, the grapes are vinified in steel vats at a controlled temperature.
Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, the nose reveals floral aromas of jasmine and citrus. The taste is fresh and lively.
Excellent to accompany fish appetizers and risotto alla marinara.
