Description
The Nero d’Avola from Nicosia is a red wine classified as "vegan wine".
The Nero d’Avola grapes are carefully selected before undergoing maceration and subsequent fermentation in steel. The wine is aged for a further three months in bottle before release.
Deep ruby red with purple highlights, the nose shows notes of ripe cherry, currant, and plum. Compact and delicate on the palate, it offers smoothness and harmonious flavor for a structured and persistent sip.
Perfect for pairing with simple dishes such as baked pasta or tomato-based pasta, it is also suitable for couscous dishes and platters of cheeses and cold cuts.
