Description

This Soave was born in vineyards owned by the Bellora family, located in the fascinating hilly stage of Soave, in Veneto.

Produced with Garganega and Chardonnay grapes, harvested and selected manually, this white, after a soft pressing, undergoes a cryo-maceration for about 18 hours, before fermenting in stainless steel tanks. The product is then left to rest and mature for 4 months in steel and for 2 months in glass before being marketed.

Soave di Bellora has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose offers intense aromas of wild flowers and white peach, with a veiled vegetal note on the finish. In the mouth, freshness and a well-perceived general harmony dominate.

Perfect for the aperitif moment, it combines divinely with vegetables in pinzimonio and dishes based on fish and white meats.
