Soave DOC Corte Giacobbe 2015 Dal Cero

The Soave Corte Giacobbe di Dal Cero was born in the Corte Giacobbe estate, located in the hilly area of Roncà, in the Veneto region, on the slopes of the Lessini mountains.

It is produced with 100% Garganega grapes, rigorously picked by hand between the second and third week of September. After a short cryo-maceration, the grapes undergo the fermentation process in steel, at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. The wine is aged in stainless steel containers, with batonnage of the noble lees 2 times a week and rest for at least 45 days in the bottle.

Corte Giacobbe is a bright straw yellow wine. The nose has a pleasantly fruity aroma, with delicate notes of white-fleshed fruit and banana, enriched with nuances of flowers. In the mouth it is harmonious and sapid, with a good persistence and a finish of bitter almond, typical of the grape variety.

Pleasant between meals as an aperitif, this wine is perfect in combination with delicate first courses. Also excellent to accompany white meats, fish and vegetables.
