Description
Ilatium Morini's Soave was born in vineyards located in Mezzane di Sotto and Valle d'Illasi, in the province of Verona.
The Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave grapes are destemmed and immediately pressed. The wort is cleaned with the aid of enzymes. Vinification takes place in steel at 15-16°C for 15 days.
It is characterized by a straw yellow colour. The nose reveals aromas of yellow and white flowers and bitter almonds. The sip is fresh, with a long persistence.
Excellent as an aperitif and with seafood cuisine.
