Description
Rum Santa Teresa 1796 Triple Aged Solera embodies 200 years of experience in rum production by the Venezuelan company of the same name. It is the result of an artisanal process at every stage of production: from distillation to sealing the cork with wax, with aging that takes place for 35 years in ex-Bourbon oak barrels and subsequently according to the traditional Solera Method.
The rum contained in rows of barrels stacked not completely filled, descends row by row, from the youngest placed at the top and progressively enriched by part of the older ones, until reaching the first row, called Solera, where the very first barrels of Santa Teresa rum dating back to 1796 are found.
In the glass, it possesses a dark amber color. On the nose, its intense and elegant fruity aromas blend with notes of fine wood. On the palate, you can savor its unique taste, made of spicy and dried fruit memories, culminating in a finish of different types of honey and white pepper.
Excellent neat, with ice but also in Negroni, Manhattan, and Panchita's Spark cocktails, based on blackberries and Prosecco.
