Description

The Zinfandel Vitners Blend was born in the splendid estates of Ravenswood Winery, located in the prestigious Sonoma Valley in California. This wine carries a very interesting story, derived from the plant from which it originates, Zinfandel, an ancient grape variety of Croatian origins that has now become one of the most important and recognized symbols of the wine culture of the new continent.

This wine is produced with Zinfandel, Petit Syrah and Syrah grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After a fermentation on the native yeasts and a maceration on the skins for about ten days, the wine is placed for the evolutionary phase in French oak barrels, where all its organoleptic properties stabilize. Refinement in glass follows.

It is characterized by a very deep garnet red. The nose has a strong fruity aroma, with notes of black cherry, blueberry and raspberry, which are accompanied by light oak notes and very delicate spicy sensations. Excellent entry into the mouth, full-bodied, it offers elastic tannins that go well with the fruity flavor that remains in the finish.

Excellent in combination with first courses with meat sauce, perfect with grilled red meats.
