Description

The Pinot Noir Rosé from the Fallwind line is produced by the renowned South Tyrolean winery San Michele Appiano, made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in Alto Adige, one of the most noble and historic varieties in European viticulture, present in the region for over a century. The vineyards are located in the municipality of Appiano, on morainic and gravelly soils rich in limestone, with favorable exposures that ensure balanced ripening and elegant aromatic profiles.

The winemaking process uses the saignée method, allowing for a delicate extraction of the must, followed by fermentation and aging in steel containers to preserve freshness and varietal fragrance.

It shows a delicate and bright salmon pink color; on the nose it displays fresh, fruity aromas of raspberry and strawberry, while on the palate it is lively, balanced and characterized by a pleasant acidity that enhances its drinkability.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with rustic boards, pizza, pasta dishes, and fish-based preparations.
