Description

Chardonnay Kettmeir is obtained from the best Chardonnay grapes from the best exposed vineyards on the mid-hill along the Adige Valley and the Oltreadige.

The complexity of this wine is linked to the soft pressing of the grapes and the aging in steel on the lees until the end of January, when the product is prepared to be bottled.

The pale straw yellow color anticipates a delicate and fresh bouquet with hints of ripe Golden apple and banana. On the palate it is dry, with an excellent balance between freshness and body.

An aromatic white perfect with lightly spiced fish or white meat dishes.
