Description

The Alto Adige Pinot Bianco Schulthauser was born in vineyards located in the Schulthaus area in Trentino Alto Adige.

It is produced entirely from manually picked Pinot Blanc grapes. 75% of the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks and the remaining 35% in oak barrels.

Pinot Bianco Schulthauser is characterized by a straw yellow color with green reflections. The nose opens with an elegant fruity bouquet, which gives elegant and precious hints of apple, apricot and pear. On the palate it is intense and balanced with fruity creaminess.

Perfect to combine during summer aperitifs, it is ideal with seafood, shellfish, delicate game or with delicate Tyrolean cheese dumplings.
