Description

The Pinot Grigio by Adler von Klausen is born in the cool Isarco Valley, one of the northernmost valleys of Alto Adige, near the border with Austria.

It is made exclusively from Pinot Grigio grapes, locally known as Ruländer, harvested entirely by hand. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on fine lees at a controlled temperature.

It appears a brilliant golden yellow color. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of fresh fruit, golden apple with pleasant notes of bitter almond. On the palate, it is harmonious, with a full body and a pleasantly balanced acidity.

Excellent as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with appetizers, first courses, fish, and white meats.
