Description
Alois Lageder's Pinot Grigio Porer originates from selected plots of the municipality of Magrè, in the province of Bolzano.
Only Pinot Grigio grapes spontaneously ferment partly in steel and partly in wooden barrels. Refine on fine lees between steel and wooden barrels for about 9 months.
Straw yellow with very light coppery hints, it has a delicate and discreet aroma, with notes of melon and peach that are accompanied by hints of spices and mineral notes.
Excellent with terrines and appetizers, it goes well with fish, shellfish or white meat recipes.
