Description

The South Tyrol Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau by Köfererhof was born in vineyards located in the municipality of Novacella, in the province of Bolzano.

It is produced exclusively with Müller Thurgau grapes, harvested manually at the beginning of September. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages for 4 months in the same containers, before being bottled.

Köfererhof's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Müller Thurgau has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with delicate aromas of lily of the valley and cedar, accompanied by hints of hay and pumice stone. On the palate it is savory and fresh, with returns of fresh almond.

Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal with shellfish-based first courses and grilled fish.
