Description

Eisacktaler Kellerei's Alto Adige Valle Isarco Pinot Bianco is born in vineyards located in the magical Valle Isarco, in the heart of South Tyrol, a terroir traditionally suited to viticulture.

It is produced exclusively with Pinot Bianco grapes. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks on the noble lees at controlled temperature. In the territory of the Valle Isarco there are ideal climatic conditions for the production of high quality white wines.

It is characterized by a yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose opens with a bouquet of flowers, enriched with pleasant fruity hints. On the palate it is full, pleasantly dry and velvety. The wine has an elegant body and a fresh acidity.

Perfect to accompany appetizers, first courses and risotto, it is ideal in combination with fish and mushroom dishes.
